To view default access profile details

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Default Access Profile.  The Default Access Profile Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input Tab to see a summary list of all default access profiles with a "Processed" status appears.

  3. Select a default access profile.  To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.  Note:  If only one profile is selected, the current entitlement rights appear on the Access Profile Details list on the right.

  4. Click Go to Details.  The Default Access Profile Details Form, containing the details of the first selected profile, appears.

  5. If multiple profiles were selected, click Next.  The details of the next selected profile appear.  Continue to click Next until you have viewed the details of all the selected default access profiles.  Note:  When the form contains the details of the last selected profile, click Next to return to the summary form.
