On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Client Entitlements Profile. The Client Entitlements Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab.
Click New. A Library Look-Up Dialog box appears. From the list of processed solution packages, select a solution package and click OK. The Client Entitlements Profile Detail Form appears.
All available service classes/criteria are listed in the Please select from the available service classes/criteria list box on the left, and the Current Service Class Criteria Values list box on the right is empty. Note: Available service classes/criteria are derived from the selected solution package.
From the Please select from the available service classes/criteria list box, select the service class/criteria you want to assign to the client entitlement profile. A Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box appears. Based on the entitlement criteria selected, the fields in the Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box vary. Note: You may assign entitlement rights at the service class or process/activity level. If entitlement rights are assigned at the service class level, the access profile grants entitlement rights to all processes/activities associated with that service class.
In the Set up entitlements for (service class) dialog box, click Yes to entitle all processes/activities associated with that service class.

In the Set up entitlements for Processes dialog box, hold the CTRL key as you click to select the appropriate criteria from the Process Description list and click OK. Note: As you select service class/criteria and confirm your selections, they appear in the Current Service Class Criteria Values list box on the right side of the detail form.
Review the Current Service Class Criteria Values list box for accuracy, and then click Submit. The Save As dialog box appears.
In the Save As dialog box, enter a name for the new client entitlement profile and click OK.
Note:
The new client entitlement profile is not available until it meets all Flow Control requirements.
