On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Client Entitlement Profile. The Client Entitlement Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All client entitlement profiles with a "Processed" status that you are entitled to see appear.
Select the client entitlement profile you want to delete. To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears.
Enter a reason for deleting the profile and click OK. Note: You must enter the same reason for all selected client entitlement profiles. If different reasons apply, select and delete each access profile individually.
Notes:
The status of the deleted client entitlement profile is changed to "Authorization Required for Delete." At this point two client entitlement profiles with the same name exist: one with a "Processed" status and the other with an "Authorization Required for Delete" status.
A client entitlement profile remains active until its deletion is authorized.
If a client entitlement profile is assigned to a user profile, it cannot be deleted.
