Debit Orders:  Poland

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar click Receivables Collections.  The Receivables Collections Summary Form appears.

  2. On the Input/Modify Tab, click New.  

  3. Click New from Full Details.  A Details Dialog box appears.

  4. In the Credit Account Number field, click the Library Look-Up button and select an account.  Click OK.  Note: This field also supports IBAN numbers.

  5. In the Collection Type field, click the drop-down arrow and select Debit Order.  Click OK and the Debit Order Detail Form appears.  Note:  Required fields are identified by a red asterisk ( * ).

  6. Account Number is automatically populated based on your selection on the Details Dialog box.

  7. In the Customer Reference No. field, enter a reference number.

  8. The Message Type field defaults to Debit Order.

  9. In the Amount field, enter the amount of the payment.

  10. In the Invoice Reference Number field, enter the reference number for the transaction.

  11. In the Payer Name/Address field, enter the name and address of the payer.  To view all information in this field, click the multiple line button.

  12. In the Payer Account No. field, enter the account number of the payer.

  13. In the Bank Code field, click the Library Look-Up button and select the payer's bank.  Payer Bank Name is automatically populated based on Bank Code.

  14. The Value Date field defaults to a system-generated date.  If you want to change the default, use the date spinner or calendar to enter a date that is later than the system-generated date.  Click here for information on Value Dates.

  15. In the Message to Remitter field, enter any messages to be associated with the transaction.

  16. Click Submit.  The transaction moves to the next step in the Flow Control process.

  17. –OR–

    Click Submit with Preformat to submit the direct debit instruction for validation and save the payment information as a preformat.  Both the payment and the preformat move to the next step in their respective processes as defined by Flow Control requirements.
