On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance. The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears. All libraries to which you are entitled are listed by service class.
Select the Direct Debit Client Set Up Library, and then click OK. The Direct Debit Client Set Up Summary Form appears. Note: To find the Direct Debit Client Set Up Library quickly, click Search.
Click the Input Tab, and then click New. The Direct Debit Client Set Up Detail Form appears. Note: A red asterisk ( * ) indicates required fields.
In the Client ID field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a Client ID. The Client Name is automatically populated.
In the Client Code field, enter the Client EDI Number.
In the Country Code field, click the drop-down arrow and select a Branch Code.
In the Client Type field, click the drop-down arrow and select either Corporate, ELC or Payer.
In the Identification Type field, click the Library Look-Up button and select an identification type.
In the Identification Number field, enter and Identification number.
In the Stop Debit Indicator field, click the drop-down arrow and select an indicator.
In the Stop Limit Indicator field, click the drop-down arrow and select an indicator.
In the Migration Indicator field, click the drop-down arrow and select an indicator.
In the Contact Name field, enter a contact. The Contact Telephone number is automatically populated.
Click Submit to save and submit the library profile for validation. The profile moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements
Notes:
To return to the summary form, click Return to Summary.
To print the details of the current profile, click Other Options and then click Print.
