Direct Debit Mandates Summary Form:  Authorization Req'd Tab

The Authorization Req'd Tab lists all direct debit mandates with a status of "Authorization Req'd" or "Mandate Awaiting Approval" that you are entitled to authorize.  Note:  If you entered a mandate, you cannot authorize it.

What would you like to do?

• Authorize, send to repair or delete direct debit mandates

• Review mandate history

• Perform other options

Notes:

• To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.  For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.

• To print the information for the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and click Print.
