Asia Direct Debit Mandates Initiation Summary Report

The Asia Direct Debit Mandates Initiation Summary report lists all direct debit mandates entered via CitiDirect within a specific date range.  This report allows you to track the status of the mandate as it is processed.  Information in this report is sorted by Current Mandate Status and Subscriber ID.  The Asia Direct Debit Mandate Initiation Summary Report can be found in the Collections Direct Debit service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.

• You can drill down to the Asia Direct Debit Mandates Initiation Detail report by clicking on the Subscriber ID field for an individual transaction.
