Asia Direct Debit Summary Report

The Asia Direct Debit Summary Report lists all direct debit transactions being processed through Citibank, regardless of the data entry method, for a specified date range.  It allows you to track the status of a transaction as it is processed.  Information for this report is sorted by Direct Debit Status, Subscriber ID, and Value Date.  The Asia Direct Debit Summary Report can be found in the Collections Direct Debit Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.

Note:

• You can drill down to the Direct Debit Detail report by clicking on the Subscriber ID field and selecting a specific transaction.
