Asia Direct Debit Mandates Summary Report

The Asia Direct Debit Mandates Summary Report lists all direct debit mandates regardless of data entry method, including those initiated via CitiDirect which are not yet active.  The information in this report is sorted by Current Mandate Status and Subscriber ID.  The Direct Debit Mandate Summary Report can be found in the Collections Direct Debit Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.

• You can drill down to the Direct Debit Mandates Detail report by clicking on the Subscriber ID field and selecting a specific transaction.
