Asia Operations Summary Report

The Asia Operations Summary Report lists all direct debit instructions and direct debit mandates that have been released from CitiDirect.  This report will be used by Citibank as a notification to operations that Direct Debit Instructions and Direct Debit mandates initiated by the customer have been released from CitiDirect to Citibank's back-end system.  It will also be used to ensure that all instructions released from CitiDirect are reconciled with transactions released and sent for clearing by Citibank.  The Asia Operations Summary Report can be found in the Collections Direct Debit Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
