To modify a service transaction (only amendments can be modified)

Note:  Only collection items awaiting authorization can be modified.

  1. To access Collection Items Services, click Collection Items Services on the CitiDirect navigation bar.  The Collection Items Services Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input/Modify Tab.  All service transactions to which you are entitled are listed.

  3. Select the transactions you want to modify.  To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

    –OR–

    To find specific service transactions, click Other Options and then click Search.  A Search Definition Dialog Box appears.  Enter any additional search criteria and then click Run Search.  Note:  To find transactions awaiting authorization select Authorization Required in the Status field.

  4. All service transactions that match the criteria you entered appears on the Input/Modify Tab.  Select the transactions you want to modify.

  5. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected amendment appear on the Collection Item Services Amendment Detail Form

  6. Make any necessary modifications and click Submit.  The request is submitted for validation.  If multiple service transactions were selected on the summary form, the next selected transaction appears.

If you do not want to modify the current transaction, click Next.  The details of the next selected transaction appears.  When the detail form contains the details of the last selected transaction, click Submit or Next to return to the summary form.
