To authorize or delete a service transaction

  1. To access Collection Items Services on the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Collections Items Services. The Collection Items Services Summary Form appears.

  2. On the Authorization Req'd Tab, select an amendment.  To select multiple amendments, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  3. Click Authorize.

    –OR–

    Click Delete to delete the amendment.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for deleting the amendment, and then click OK.  Note:  If multiple amendments were selected, the same reason will apply to all amendments.  If the same reason does not apply, select and delete each amendment individually.

From the Collection Items Detail Form:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Support Services, and then click Collection Items Services.  The Collection Items Services Summary Form appears.

  2. On the Authorization Req'd Tab, select an amendment.  To select multiple amendments, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  3. Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected amendment appear on the Collection Item Services Amendment Detail Form

  4. Review the amendment details and click Authorize.  If multiple amendments were selected, the next selected amendment appears.

    –OR–

    Click Delete to delete the amendment.  A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for deleting the amendment, and then click OK.

  5. If you do not want to authorize the current amendment, click Next to view the next selected amendment.  When the detail form contains the details of the last selected amendment, click Authorize or Next to return to the summary form.
