Direct Debits Services is the CitiDirect service class that allows you to amend or cancel existing Direct Debit Mandates and Direct Debit Instructions, including Standing Instructions.
To access Direct Debits Services, click Direct Debits Services on the CitiDirect navigation bar. The Direct Debits Services Summary Form appears.
