To view the details of a Receivables Management Services transaction

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Receivables Management Services.  The Receivables Management Summary Form appears.

2. Click the View Tab.  All Receivables Management Services transactions that you are entitled to view appear.

3. Select the transactions for which you want to view detailed information.  To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines.

4. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first transaction selected appear on the Receivables Management Services Detail Form.
