To delete an export custom format

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Export Custom Format.  The Export Custom Format Summary Form appears.

2. Click the Input/Modify Tab and select the custom format you want to delete.  To select multiple formats, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual formats that are not sequential.

3. Click Delete.  An Enter a Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for deleting the custom format.  Note:  You must enter the same reason for all selected formats.  If the same reason does not apply, select each custom format individually.

4. Click OK.  The export custom format is marked for deletion.

Note:

• Clicking Delete will inform the user that the highlighted custom format may be attached to an active profile.  Therefore, before this custom format can be marked for deletion, the user must detach the format from the active profile.
