The Help Window

CitiDirect Online Help is accessed from within CitiDirect by pressing the F1 key or clicking ? and then Online help on the navigation bar.  When first accessed, a window appears with information relevant to the active form.  Use the Contents and browse sequence buttons, in the upper-right, to search for other topics or to navigate topics in order.

When you click the Show Contents button, the window divides into three panes.  Three tabs appear in the top toolbar, with the Contents Tab active.

What would you like to do?

• Navigate through CitiDirect Online Help

• Access the Table of Contents to find additional topics

• Search to find specific topics

• Use keywords to access information

• Bookmark frequently referenced topics

• Browse through a series of topics arranged in a specific order (browse sequence)

• Resize the help window

• Print a topic

• Copy text into another application

Notes:

• The top toolbar is always visible after clicking the Show Contents button.

• A full-text search can be preformed at any time by using the Search box in the top toolbar.
