To add a profile to the Account Grouping library

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance.  The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears.  All libraries to which you are entitled are listed by service class.

  2. Select the Account Grouping library, and then click OK.  The Account Grouping Summary Form appears.  Note:  To find the Account Grouping Library quickly, click Search.

  3. Click the Input Tab, and then click New.  The Account Grouping Detail Form appears.  Note:  A red asterisk ( * ) indicates required fields.

  4. In the Account Group field, enter a unique code to identify the new account group.

  5. In the Account Group Description field, enter a description for the new account group.

  6. In the Account List field, click the Library Look-Up button and select an account number to include in the account grouping from the library list.  To select multiple accounts, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select lines that are not sequential.

  7. Click Submit to save and submit the library profile for validation.  The profile moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements.
