To add a profile to the Non-Citibank Managed Accounts Library

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance.  The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears.  All libraries to which you are entitled are listed by service class.

  2. Select the Non-Citibank Managed Accounts library, and then click OK.  The Non-Citibank Managed Accounts Summary Form appears.  Note:  To find the Non-Citibank Managed Accounts Library quickly, click Search.

  3. Click the Input Tab, and then click New.  The Non-Citibank Managed Accounts Detail Form appears.  Note:  A red asterisk ( * ) indicates required fields.

  4. The Client Name field defaults to the name selected on the summary form.

  5. In the Account Number field, enter the non-Citibank account number.

  6. In the Account Description field, enter the non-Citibank account description.

  7. In the Citibank Branch Code/Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a code.

  8. In the Account Currency Code/Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a code.

  9. In the Account Payment Methods field, enter the payment method that may be used with this account and the payment type associated to payment method.  Note:  Field is disabled until a branch exists.

  10. Click Submit to save and submit the library profile for validation.  The profile moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements.
