To delete a custom format

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Custom Format.  The Import Custom Format Summary Form appears.

2. Click the Input/Modify Tab.  All your available custom formats are listed.

3. Select the custom format you want to delete.  To select multiple custom formats, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

4. Click Delete.  A Confirmation dialog box appears.

5. Click Yes.  The format is deleted.

Note:

• Custom formats referenced by an import map may not be deleted.  You must first disassociate the Import Map from the Custom Format. Click here for information on modifying an import map.
