On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Map Management. The Import Map Management Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify Tab. All import maps with a status of "Input" or "Processed" are listed.
Select the import map you want to modify. To select multiple import maps, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The Import Map Detail Form, containing detailed information for the first selected import map, appears.
Make any necessary modifications. Note: Required fields are identified by a red asterisk ( * ). Click here for more information on creating import maps.
If the import map has a status of "Input" or "Invalid", click Submit. The import map is listed on the Input/Modify Tab with an "Processed" status, and the details of the next selected import map appear. If no other import maps are selected, you are returned to the summary form. The modified import map is now available to be included in an import profile. If the import map has a status of "Processed" click Save As to save a copy of the import map with a new name. A Save As dialog box appears. You must enter a new Map Name and Map Description. The import map is saved, its status changes to "Input," and the details of the next selected import map appear. If no other import maps are selected, you are returned to the summary form.
If more than one Import Map was selected on the summary form, and you do not want to modify the current import map, click Next. The details of the next import map selected on the summary form appear in the Import Map Detail Form.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have modified all selected import maps.
Notes:
If changes are made to an import map referenced by an import profile, a warning dialog box appears. Click OK.
A Save As dialog box appears.
If you enter a new name for the import map, the modified map will be saved with the new name.
If you enter the name of the existing import map, a Save Changes? dialog box appears, listing the affected import profiles. If the changes are saved, the status of any referenced import profiles is changed to "Test Required." Click here for more information on testing import profiles.
If you would like to save a copy of the import map with a different name, click Save As.
To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form. For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.
To print the information shown, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and then click Print.
To return to the Import Map Management Summary Form at any time, click Return to Summary. If any changes have been made. A Save Changes dialog box appears.
Click Yes to save the Import Map.
Click No to return to the summary form without saving changes
Click Cancel to stay on the Import Map Detail Form.
Import maps having a corresponding record awaiting authorization will not be displayed in the Input/Modify tab.
