To delete an advanced custom format

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Import Custom Format Advanced.  The Import Custom Format Advanced Summary Form appears.

2. On the Input/Modify Tab, select the advanced custom format you want to delete.  To select multiple formats, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

3. Click Delete.  A Message dialog box, asking you to confirm the deletion, appears.

4. Click Yes.  The format is deleted.

Note:

• If you try to delete an advanced custom format referenced by an import map a warning dialog box appears.  You must first disassociate the Import Map from the Custom Format.  Click here for information on modifying an import map.
