Lockbox Preformat Form

The Lockbox Preformat Form is used to establish an existing Account Number in CitiDirect as a Lockbox Account.

The Lockbox Preformat Form consists of two sections; header information and the Lockboxes List Box.  In the header information section, you can enter, modify, and view account information.  In the Lockboxes list box, you can enter, modify, and view specific information about lockboxes associated with the account, including Box Numbers and Tag Labels.

Notes:

• To print the information on this form, click Other Options, and then click Print.

• Box Numbers and assigned Tag Labels are specified on the Details Dialog box.

• Each Lockbox can contain up to ten tag labels, displayed as columns in a form.

• Tag Label 1 defaults to Amount and cannot be changed.

• There are nine (9) available user-defined tag labels.
