To replace accounts within a Liquidity Structure

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Liquidity Support.  The Liquidity Support Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Fast Track Tab.  A list of all existing liquidity structures that you may modify appears.

  3. Select the liquidity structure containing the accounts you want to replace.  Only one structure may be selected.  Note:  To find a specific liquidity structure, click Other Options, and then click Search.

  4. Click Go to Structure.  The Define Structure Form appears.  All accounts within the selected liquidity structure are listed in the form of a tree diagram.  Note:  Click the plus sign (+) to the left of an account number to view account relationships within the structure.

  5. From the list of accounts, select the account you want to replace.

  6. Click Replace Account.  The Replace Account dialog box appears, requesting a Customer Preferred Effective Date.  Note:  Only Header Account can be replaced.

  7. Click Save.  The List of Available Accounts dialog box, listing available accounts that are not currently within this liquidity structure, appears.

  8. Select an account to replace the current account.  Note:  When replacing a header account, the new account must be from the same branch and currency.  If you are replacing a header account in a cross-border Concentration structure, the branch of the new header must be from the same concentration branch as the previous header.

  9. Click OK.  The Define Structure Form appears.  The original account number is replaced by the new account number.  Note:  If you want to replace additional accounts, repeat steps 5 through 8.

  10. On the Define Structure Form, click Submit.  The liquidity structure is treated as new and moves to the next step in the process, Authorization Required, if specified in Flow Control requirements.
