CitiDirect service class that enables internal Citibank users to view details of Liquidity Structures owned by external clients.
The only users who are entitled to access Liquidity Support are internal to Citibank, e.g., Product, Operations and approval parties. These internal Citibank users are able to view all the structures where the branch of the header account is a branch that they are entitled to see.
To access Liquidity Support, click the Maintenance category on the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click Liquidity Support. The Liquidity Support Summary Form appears.
