The Liquidity Support Sub Account Detail dialog box contains detailed information for selected sub accounts within a liquidity structure. Use this form to add or modify sub account details.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Liquidity Support. The Liquidity Support Summary Form appears.
Click the Fast Track Tab. A list of all existing liquidity structures that you may modify appears.
Select the liquidity structure containing the sub account you want to modify. Only one structure may be selected. Note: To find a specific liquidity structure, click Other Options, and then click Search.
Click Go to Structure. The Define Structure Form appears. All accounts within the selected liquidity structure are listed in the form of a tree diagram. Note: Click the plus sign (+) to the left of an account number to view account relationships within the structure.
Select a sub account to modify. To select multiple accounts, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Edit. The Sub Account Detail dialog box appears.
Make any necessary modifications to the following fields: Citibank Requested Acct Effective Date, Target Balance, Concentration Frequency, Frequency Options, Reverse Indicator,and BVT Good Value Date. Note: For Spain only, the NOF/DD1 Reference field may be modified.
Click Save. If multiple accounts were selected, the details of the next account appears. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all selected accounts have been viewed and modified. Note: To view the details of the next selected account without making any changes to the current account, click Next. When the dialog box contains the details of the last selected sub account, click Next or Save to return to the summary form.
On the Define Structure form, click Submit. The structure moves to the next step in the workflow process, as defined by Flow Control requirements.
Notes:
To indicate that all values on this sub account should revert to the defaults defined for the entire structure, click Restore Defaults.
To cancel any addition or modification and return to the Define Structure Form, click Cancel.
To print detailed information for the sub account, click Print.
