On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance. The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears. All libraries to which you are entitled are listed by service class.
Select the Administrative Messages library, and then click OK. The Administrative Messages Summary Form appears. Note: To find the Administrative Messages library quickly, click Search.
On the Input Tab click New. The Administrative Messages Library Detail Form appears. Note: A red asterisk ( * ) indicates required fields.
In the Country Code/Country Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select the country where your account is located.
In the Administrative Message Code field, enter a unique value to identify this Administrative Message library profile (max 8 characters).
In the Administrative Message Description field, enter a description for this particular Administrative Message library profile.
In the Message Text field, enter the details of the message for this library profile. Use the Insert Variable button to add variables to the message text. Click here for more information on adding variables to the message text.
The Last Use Date, which is automatically populated, indicates the last time this library profile was used to submit a message request.
Click Submit to save and submit the library profile for validation. The profile moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements.
Notes:
Many of the fields in this library are used to enter default values for Administrative Messages.
To create another message, click Next. You will be prompted to save the current message before proceeding to create a new message.
To return to the summary form, click Return to Summary.
To print the details of the current profile, click Print.
To preview the message created, click Preview. A Details dialog box appears. Click Print to print the administrative message. Click OK to close the Details dialog box.
