Message Replay Utility

CitiDirect Service Class that allows Electronic Banking Operations Center (EOBC) users to identify transactions that have a rejected or out of sequence message number.  Once the transactions have been identified, EOBC users can replay and resend the message with it's new message sequence number.

To use the Message Replay Utility, click Maintenance on the CitiDirect navigation bar and then click Message Replay Utility.  The Message Replay Utility:  Input Tab appears.
