The BR03 - Broker Online Response provides an online message facility in order for brokers and reinsurers to communicate in a timely manner.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click New Insurance Letters of Credit, and then click Broker Elect System. The summary form for BR01 - Transaction Status Summary inquiry appears.
Click the BR03 Tab and the Search Definition dialog box appears. Enter Search Criteria to find the customer, and then click Run Search. All transactions which match the criteria appear on the BR03 Tab summary form. Note: The Liability Number or Customer Number field must be populated to submit this inquiry. A red asterisk ( * ) identifies all required fields.
In the Scope of Updates Required field, click the drop-down arrow and select the scope of the updates.
In the Broker Contact field, enter the broker name.
In the Update Indicator field, click the drop-down arrow and select A - Add, C- Clear, or R- Replace.
In the Message field, enter the message.
Click Submit.

To print the information on the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.
