BR05 - Participant Transaction Summary Inquiry

The BR05 - Participant Transaction Summary Inquiry provides the Broker with a summary, by reinsurer, of the status of all pending transactions in which a specific reinsurer participates.

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click New Insurance Letters of Credit, and then click Broker Elect System.  The Criteria page for BR01 - Transaction Status Summary inquiry appears.

2. Click the BR05 Tab and the Search Definition dialog box appears.  Enter Search Criteria to find the client, and then click Run Search.  All transactions which match the criteria appear on the BR05 Tab summary form.  Note:  The Liability Number or Customer Number field must be populated to submit this inquiry.  A red asterisk ( * ) identifies all required fields.

3. Select a transaction on the summary form and click Go to Details.  The BR05 - Participant Transaction Details dialog box appears.

• To print the information on the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.
