The BR07 - Contract Summary Inquiry provides a historic summary of the contracts processed within a specific L/C and allows access to contract history information.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click New Insurance Letters of Credit, and then click Broker Elect System. The Criteria page for BR01 - Transaction Status Summary inquiry appears.
Click the BR07 Tab and the Search Definition dialog box appears. Enter Search Criteria to find the client, and then click Run Search. All transactions which match the criteria appear on the BR07 Tab summary form. Note: The Liability Number or Customer Number field must be populated to submit this inquiry. A red asterisk ( * ) identifies all required fields.
Notes:
Click Go To to view either the BR08 - Contract History within an L/C inquiry, BR015 - L/C Header Amendment inquiry or BR19 - Contract Participant Summary inquiry.
To print the information on the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.
