To update bid and offer rates

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Library Maintenance.  The Library Maintenance Summary Form appears.  All libraries to which you are entitled are listed by service class.

2. Select the Managed Treasury library and click OK.  The Managed Treasury Summary Form appears.  Note:  To find the Managed Treasury Library quickly, click Search.

3. The following columns, which cannot be modified, are listed on the Managed Treasury Summary Form:  Base, Exchange, and Spot Rate.

4. In the Positive Spread column for the currency for which you are updating bid and offer rates, enter the amount to be added to the Spot Rate to calculate the Offer Rate.  In the Negative Spread column, enter the amount to be deducted from the Spot Rate to calculate the Bid Rate.  

5. Click Submit.  Repeat this process to update additional rates.

Notes:

• The only fields which can be modified are the Spread fields.

• Rates are entered in a decimal format, for example, 8.7.

• The Error column will show any validation errors that were identified upon submission.
