The Report Assistant allows you to efficiently manage the reports you have designated as favorites, as well as access any report that you have run in the last 24 hours and any scheduled reports. It appears as a pop-up window on top of the current application loaded in CitiDirect. You can access Report Assistant from anywhere within the CitiDirect application using the shortcut keys ALT+R. The Report Assistant contains two tabs:
Favorite Reports: Displays a list of all of the reports you have designated as a “Favorite”.
Active Reports: Displays a list of all reports that have been run in the last 24 hours or are currently running, as well as any scheduled reports.
Note:
You may not perform any other actions while the Report Assistant dialog box is open.
