The Active Reports Tab displays a list of all reports that have been run in the last 24 hours or are currently running, as well as any scheduled reports. The list in presented in a single-select form consisting of four columns: Report Name, Base Report, Date/Time and Status. Reports on this tab are sorted by Date/Time in descending order.
Notes:
Click View Report to view the selected report.
Click Go to Report to navigate to the selected report within the Report Summary Form. The Report Assistant automatically closes and the Report Summary screen opens with the custom report automatically selected within the report tree.
Click Delete Output, to remove the selected report output from the Active Reports list.
Click Update Screen, to update the list of active reports.
Click Details, to view the status of the Failed/Timed-out Active Report selected.
