On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Automated File and Report Delivery. The Automated File and Report Delivery Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify Tab or Repair Required Tab. All scheduled events that you are entitled to see appear.
Select the scheduled event you want to delete. To select multiple scheduled events, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for deleting the scheduled event and click OK. Note: If you are deleting multiple scheduled events, the same reason is applied to all selected events. If the same reason does not apply, select and delete scheduled events individually.

If you would like to view the details of a scheduled event before deleting it, click Go to Details. The details of the first selected scheduled event appear on the Automated File and Report Delivery Detail Form. Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter a reason for deleting the current scheduled event and click OK to close the dialog box. The details of the next selected scheduled event appear. Note: If you do not want to delete the current scheduled event, click Next to view the details of the next scheduled event. When the detail form contains the details of the last selected scheduled event, click Next or Delete to return to the summary form.
Notes:
Scheduled events with a status of "Input," "Invalid," or "Repair Required" are automatically deleted.
Scheduled events with a status of "Scheduled" may need delete authorization depending on Flow Control settings.
