The Automated File and Report Delivery Detail Form contains detailed information for a scheduled event selected on a summary form, along with buttons for any corresponding actions that you may need to perform. If you are creating a new scheduled event, this form is blank.

Notes:
To save changes to the current scheduled event, click Submit.
To delete the current scheduled event, click Delete.
To view the details of the next scheduled event selected on a summary form, click Next.
To return to a summary form, click Return to Summary.
To print detailed information for the current scheduled event, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and click Print.
To review any errors in a scheduled event with a "Repair Required" status, click Other Options, and then click View Error Messages.
New or modified scheduled events must be authorized before they are effective.
To add or view comments, click Other Options and then click Comments. A details dialog box, allowing you to enter and view comments, appears. Enter comments about the scheduled event and click OK.
