Account Activity Inquiry:  Criteria Tab

The Account Activity Inquiry is required by customers to view volume information on each activity taken within an account over a period of time.  Account Activity is initially broken down into monthly activity periods, and is accessible by daily and year-to-date breakdowns as well.  Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.

To specify search criteria and submit an Account Activity Inquiry:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries.  Click SDR Inquiries and then click Account Activity Inquiry.  The Account Activity Inquiry summary form appears.

  2. Click the Criteria Tab.  Note:  A red asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field.  The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this inquiry.

  3. In the Activity Month equals field, enter a date or use the date spinner or calendar to select a date.  Note:  Account activity cannot be requested more than 12 months back or for any month before Jan 2000.

  4. In the Omnibus Account Number equals  field, click the Library Look-Up button and select an account number.  The corresponding account name will be automatically populated.

  5. In the Sub-Account Number equals field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a sub-account number.  The corresponding sub-account name will be automatically populated.

  6. Click Submit.  The inquiry is run and the results appear on the Account Activity Inquiry:  Summary Tab.
