On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Same Day Reconcilement Services. The Same Day Reconcilement Services Summary Form appears.
On the Input/Modify Tab or Authorization Req'd Tab, select the service request transaction that you want to delete. To select multiple requests, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select requests that are not sequential.
Click Delete. An Enter a Reason dialog box appears. In the Enter a Reason dialog box, enter the reason the service request transaction must be deleted. Note: If you are deleting multiple service request transactions, you must enter the same reason. If different reasons apply, select the service request transactions individually.
Click OK. The selected service request transactions are deleted.
Note:
You may also delete a service request transaction from the Service Request Detail Form by clicking Delete.
