Same Day Reconcilement Services Summary Form:  Authorization Req'd Tab

The Authorization Req'd Tab lists all service request transactions with a status of "Authorization Req'd" that you are entitled to authorize.

What would you like to do?

• Authorize or send to repair a service request

• Delete a service request

• View check image

• View service request details

• Perform other options

Notes:

• You cannot authorize service request transactions that you entered.

• If more than 400 items are available, click More to view the additional items.

• To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.  For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.

• To print the information for the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and click Print.
