On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Same Day Reconcilement Services. The Same Day Reconcilement Services Summary Form appears.
From the Input/Modify Tab, Authorization Req'd Tab or Repair Req'd Tab, select the service request transaction for which you would like to view details. To select multiple items, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential. Note: Default transactions listed will be those for the current input date for all statuses. To access historical data, specify desired Input Date (Range) within a Search. To begin a Search, click Other Options and then click Search. For more information on searching for records, click here.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected service request appear on the Service Request Detail Form. If more than one service request transaction is selected on the summary form, click Next to view activity details for the next service request transaction. Note: When the details of the last selected service request transaction have been viewed, click Next to return to the summary form.
