To access Payments Services, click Payments Services on the CitiDirect navigation bar. The Payments Services Summary Form appears.
On the Input/Modify Tab click New.
Click New From Transaction Lookup. The Search Definition Dialog box, which allows you to enter search criteria for finding the transaction for which you want to request services, appears.
Enter criteria and click Run Search. Any transactions that meet your search criteria appear in the Library Look-Up dialog box.
Select the transaction for which you want to request a service. To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click OK. The Service Request Detail Form appears.
In the Processing Location field, click the Library Look-Up button, select Puerto Rico Citibank, and click OK.
The Account Number/Currency/Name field is disabled.
The Payment Method field defaults to Cheque.
The Payment Service Request Type field defaults to Stop Cheque. Note: The service types available vary based on the payment method chosen.
In the Cheque Serial Number (From) field, enter the first number in the series of cheques to be voided.
In the Cheque Serial Number (To) field, enter the last number in the series of cheques to be voided. Note: Enter the same value as Cheque Serial Number (From) to indicate that the void is for a single cheque. The maximum stop range is 50 checks.
In the Amount field, enter the amount of the transaction.
In the Date of Issuance field, enter a date or use the calendar to select the date the cheque was issued.
In the Beneficiary field, enter the name of the beneficiary.
The Service Transaction Reference Number and the Service Response Reference Number fields are automatically populated when the request is submitted.
Click the Paid Cheque Inquiry hyperlink to view the status of issued cheques. The Puerto Rico Paid Cheque Inquiry Details dialog box appears with a list of paid cheques. Click Print to print the details in the dialog box. Close this dialog box to return to the Service Request Details Form. Note: You may not edit information in this dialog box because this form is a view only form.
In the Service Transaction Details field, enter an additional transaction details.
Click Submit. The request is submitted for validation.
Note:
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
