To access Trade Services for FI, click Trade Services for FI on the CitiDirect navigation bar. The Trade Services for FI Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify Tab. All Trade Services for FI transactions with an "Input" or "Invalid" status are listed. An Input status indicates that the transaction data has been entered and saved, but the transaction is incomplete.
Select the transaction you want to modify. To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected trade transaction appear on the Trade Services for FI Details Form.
Make modifications on any of the available tabs. Click here to see a list of possible transaction types.
Click on a link below to see a description of the fields for each transaction type.
Review the details on all of the tabs and then click Submit. If more than one trade transaction was selected on the summary form, the detail form of the next selected transaction appears. Note: If you do not want to modify the current transaction, click Next to view the next selected trade transaction.
Notes:
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
To preview the transaction before printing, click Other Options, and then click Print Preview.
To print the details of the selected trade transaction, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form. For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.
To print the information on the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.
