On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click Flow Maintenance. The Flow Maintenance Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All flows with a "Processed" status and their associated service classes are listed.
Select the flow you want to delete. When deleting flows, select each flow individually. The input and output criteria for the selected flow appear in the criteria list box on the right of the Flow Maintenance Summary Form.
Click Delete. The status of the deleted flow is changed to "Authorization Required For Delete." At this point, two flows with the same name exist: one with a "Processed" status and the other with an "Authorization Required For Delete" status.
Notes:
You cannot delete DEFAULT flow controls.
The deletion is not effective until it is authorized.
The person who deleted the flow control cannot authorize its deletion.
