The Client Preference service class is used to enter default settings for CitiDirect forms. For example, you can set the default debit or credit account or the default ordering party for the Payments service class.
To access Client Preference, click Access Management on the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click Client Preference. The Client Preference Summary Form: Input Tab appears.

CitiDirect establishes some default preference settings, which you can change.
Only entitled users (typically Security Managers) may specify Client Preferences.
The availability of services classes is determined by your Solution Package.
