On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click Client Preference. The Client Preference Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All service classes with client preference profiles with a "Processed" or "Repair Required" status appear.
Select the service class and client preference profile you want to modify. To select multiple service classes, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential. Click here for a listing of the CitiDirect service classes for which you can specify your client preferences.
Click Go to Details. The Client Preference Details Form, listing the current preference criteria values for the first selected service class, appears.
To modify criteria values: From the Available Preference Criteria list box on the left,select the criteria you want to modify. A Criteria for. . . dialog box, listing available values, appears. In the Criteria for. . . dialog box, select a value and click OK. The modified value appears in the Current Preference criteria values list box on the right. Note: Based on the criteria selected, the choices in the Criteria for... dialog box vary.
To reset a Current Preference Criteria value to its default setting: From the Current Preference criteria value list box on the right, select the criteria value and then click Reset to Default.
To reset all Current Preference Criteria values to their previous settings: click Reset.
Repeat steps 5, 6, and/or 7 until all criteria have been modified.
Click Submit. The client preference profile is submitted for Authorization and the client preference details for the next selected service class appear.
Notes:
If multiple service classes were selected and you do not want to modify the client preference profile for the current service class, click Next to modify the client preference profile for the next selected service class.
Once all selected client preference profiles are modified, click Next or Submit to return to the summary form.
To print the details for the current client preference profile, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To return to the summary form at any time click Return to Summary.
