On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click User Entitlements. The User Entitlements Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All of the users to which you are entitled to modify are listed.
Select the user whose entitlements you want to modify. To select more than one user, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual users that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected user appear on the User Entitlements Detail Form.
To add an access profile to the selected user, click Add under the Assigned Access Profiles Form. A Library Look-Up dialog box appears, containing a list of possible access profiles to be assigned. Select the access profile you want to add. To select multiple access profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual access profiles that are not sequential. Note: If you are linked to multiple clients, then access profiles for all linked clients appears, along with the name of the linked client.
To delete an access profile, select an already assigned access profile and click Delete. The access profile is removed from the Assigned Access Profiles Form.
Click Submit. The modified user entitlement moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements.

To view the details of the next selected user without making any changes to the current entitlements, click Next.
If multiple users were selected, the details of the next selected user appear. Repeat steps 5-7 until all selected users' entitlements have been modified.
Notes:
When the details form contains the details of the last selected user, click Submit or Next to return to the summary form.
To print the details of the current user's entitlements, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To view any error messages attached to the current user's entitlements, click Other Options, and then click View Error Messages. The Errors dialog box appears. Review any error messages and click OK to close the dialog box.
