User Entitlements

The User Entitlements service class is used to control the access that users have to CitiDirect service classes.  Use this service class to add and remove access profiles from a user's entitlements.

To access User Entitlements, click Access Management on the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click User Entitlements.  The User Entitlements Summary Form appears.

Use User Entitlements to:

• Create new user entitlements

• Modify a user's entitlements

• Delete user entitlements

• View detailed information pertaining to a user's entitlements

Notes:

• All available access profiles are derived from your client's assigned Solution Packages.

• A single access profile can be assigned to multiple users.

• A user may be assigned multiple access profiles.

• When a user is assigned multiple access profiles, all privileges are cumulative.
