To authorize, send to repair, or reject (cancel) user entitlements

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click User Entitlements.

  2. Click the Authorization Required Tab. All user entitlements with an "Authorization Req'd" or "Authorization Required for Delete" status that you are entitled to authorize are listed.  If you submitted or deleted a user's entitlements, you cannot authorize them.

  3. Select the users whose entitlements you want to authorize.  To select multiple users, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  4. Click Authorize.

    –OR–

    Click Send to Repair to indicate that the user entitlements contain errors.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for sending the user entitlements to repair and click OK to close the dialog box.  A confirmation message appears and the access profile is sent to the Input Tab and its status changes to "Repair Required."

–OR–

Click Reject to reject (cancel) the new or modified entitlements.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for rejecting the entitlements and click OK to close the dialog box.  A confirmation message appears and the entitlements are restored to the prior state.
