To create a new Citibank contact

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Citibank Contacts.  The Citibank Contacts Summary Form appears

  2. Click the Input Tab.  All Citibank contacts with an "Activated" status are listed.

  3. Click New.  A blank Citibank Contacts Detail Form appears.  Note:  A red asterisk ( * ) identifies required fields.

  4. In the Last Name field, enter the last name.

  5. In the First Name field, enter the first name.

  6. In the Contact Type field, click the drop-down arrow and select a contact type.

  7. Enter information in any of the following optional fields: Middle Name, Title, and Department.

  8. Enter address information in the following fields: Street Address, Building/Floor/Room, City, State/Province/Territory, Country and Postal Code/Zip Code.

  9. In the Preferred Contact Method field, click the drop-down arrow and select a contact method.

  10. In the Telephone field, enter a telephone number for the contact.

  11. In the Fax, E-Mail, and Telex fields enter any available contact information.

  12. From the Clients list box, click Add.  A Library Look-Up dialog box appears.  Select the client you want to associate with the Citibank contact and then click OK.  The client name appears in the Clients list box.

  13. Click Submit.  The Citibank Contacts Summary Form appears and the new contact is listed.  Note:  The contact information appears in the Contacts service class for the clients associated with this contact.

  14. To add additional contacts repeat steps 3 through 13.
