Contacts

The CitiDirect service class enables you to enter contact information about key personnel and view the Citibank personnel identified as key contacts for their account.  Citibank personnel contact information cannot be edited using this class.

On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Contacts.  The Contacts Summary Form appears.

Use this Contacts to:

• Enter new contact information

• Modify existing contact information

• Delete contacts information

• View contact information

• Search or sort the summary list to find specific contacts

• Print a summary list of contacts
