On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Citibank Contacts. The Citibank Contacts Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All Citibank contacts with an "Activated" or "Invalid" status are listed.
Select the Citibank contact you want to modify. To select multiple contacts, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The Citibank Contacts Detail Form, containing the details of the first selected contact, appears.
Make any necessary modifications.
To associate additional clients with the Citibank contact, click Add in the Clients list box. A Library Look-Up dialog box appears. Select the client you want to add and then click OK. To add multiple clients, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
To remove a client from the Clients list box, select the client and click Delete. A Warning dialog box appears. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. The selected client is deleted and the Citibank Contacts Detail Form appears.
Click Submit. If more than one Citibank contact was selected on the summary form, the details of the next selected contact appear. Note: If you do not want to modify the current contact, click Next to view the next selected contact.
Continue this process until all selected Citibank contacts have been modified and submitted. Note: When the details form contains the detailed information for the last selected contact, click Submit or Next to return to the summary form.
Notes:
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
